Job Description

The Senior Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and developing client-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting expectations, and prioritizing features throughout the development lifecycle while adhering to best practices in front-end development.

\nDuties and Responsibilities

\n\n • Development of a client-facing application

\n • Design and develop a front-end application by setting expectations and feature priorities.

\n • Determine design methodologies and toolsets to ensure efficient development.

\n • Conduct tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of applications.

\n • Code Quality & Standards

\n • Follow production, productivity, and quality standards to maintain high coding excellence.

\n • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

\n • Performance Optimization

\n • Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactions.

\n • Ensure applications are responsive and perform well across different devices and browsers.

\n • Communication & Process Improvement

\n • Work closely with back-end developers and designers to enhance usability and ensure seamless integration.

\n • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create innovative solutions to moderately complex problems.

\n • Identify opportunities for improving development processes and implementing best practices.

\n • Error Monitoring and Issue Resolution

\n • Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential errors.

\n • Implement necessary corrections in a timely manner to maintain system stability and reliability.

\n • Technical Documentation

\n • Prepare and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation as per company standard to support development, maintenance, and knowledge sharing.

\n • Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

\n • Communicate essential technical information effectively to ensure smooth collaboration.

\n • Mentorship and Collaboration

\n • Support junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption.

\n • Cooperate with team members and other departments to align development efforts with business needs.

\n\n

\nEducation and Experience

\n\n • 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in front-end development.

\n • Must have at least 2 years of enterprise-level experience specializing in the architecture of tools utilizing low-code or internal application development platforms, such as Vercel v0 , Bolt, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Superblocks, Retool, Appsmith, Palantir Foundry, Lovable, or other AI rapid development tools.

\n • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

\n • Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js.

\n • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).

\n • Good knowledge of Agile and test-driven development methodologies.

\n • Excellent coding and digital development abilities.

\n • Strong documentation and communication skills.
