Role Summary

InsightsTap is seeking a Full-Time, onsite Frontend Developer (Kolkata, India) with 5+ years of experience. You will own the frontend layer across client and internal products, building performant, responsive React/Next.js interfaces that integrate with FastAPI backends, Supabase, and Stripe.

Key Responsiblities-

• Development & UI: Build production apps using Next.js (App/Pages Router) and React; implement responsive, accessible layouts from designs using Tailwind CSS.
• API & Integrations: Consume FastAPI RESTful APIs; integrate Supabase client libraries (Auth, Realtime, Storage) and Stripe SDKs.
• State & Forms: Manage client-side state (Zustand, Context API) and build validated forms using React Hook Form and Zod.
• Optimization & Testing: Optimize Core Web Vitals (SSR/SSG, lazy loading) and write unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library).

Technical Skills

Must-Have

• Languages: JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Frameworks: React and Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, middleware).
• Data & Forms: Asynchronous fetching (Axios, TanStack Query); form handling (React Hook Form, Zod).
• Tools & Standards: Git/PR workflows, semantic HTML, and WCAG web accessibility basics.

Good-to-Have

• Backend exposure (Express.js, understanding of FastAPI architecture).
• State management (Redux Toolkit, Jotai) and UI component tools (Storybook).
• Experience with LLM-powered UI patterns (streaming text, chat interfaces).
• DevOps basics: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Vercel), and PWA concepts.
