INTTEGRIA Global Partners is a Financial Intelligence Organisation, combining statutory rigour with real-time data analytics and predictive financial modelling across three verticals: National & Global Professional Services, Audit, Accounting & Compliance, and Startup & SME Platform. Our proprietary frameworks — IIFTS™, QPI Stats™ and STRATFLOW™ — depend on interfaces that make live, complex data genuinely usable. That's where this role comes in.

The role

This is a founding, core-team role at startup stage. You will own UI/UX design and frontend development for INTTEGRIA's public website and our internal project websites, and you'll build the core applications underneath them — dashboards and ERP-style internal tools that run the business itself. You'll move fluidly between Figma and production code, between design system decisions and API integrations, and between individual build work and shaping how the technology department itself gets built.

We're looking for someone versatile across UI/UX, frontend architecture, applied AI tooling, APIs and KPI-driven dashboarding — and who wants a hand in defining how the technology team works, not just what gets shipped.

Key responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design end-to-end UI/UX in Figma for INTTEGRIA's website, internal project websites, and client-facing products.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library aligned to INTTEGRIA's brand and visual identity.
• Translate business and service requirements into clean, corporate-grade, user-friendly interfaces.
• Run usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain responsive, production-grade frontend for the company website and internal project websites.
• Implement pixel-accurate, performant, appropriately animated UI from Figma designs.
• Own frontend architecture decisions — frameworks, component structure, state management, code standards.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device consistency and accessibility across all builds.

Core Application Development

• Develop dashboards and ERP-style internal applications supporting INTTEGRIA's three business verticals.
• Build KPI-driven dashboards that surface real-time operational and client data, in line with INTTEGRIA's 48-hour data refresh standard.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate on data visualisation for QPI Stats™ and other internal analytics layers.

AI & Emerging Tools

• Apply AI-assisted design and development tools to accelerate build cycles without compromising quality.
• Explore AI-driven features — automation, intelligent dashboards, smart data surfacing — within internal applications.
• Stay current on frontend, design and AI tooling relevant to a data-intelligence organisation.

Technology department building

• Play a key role in shaping INTTEGRIA's technology department from the ground up — tooling, standards and review processes.
• Help define frontend and UI/UX conventions the team will build on as it scales.
• Partner directly with founders and leadership on the technology roadmap and future technical hires.
• As the team grows, help mentor, hire and manage frontend/design talent underneath you.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, with a strong portfolio spanning websites, dashboards, or applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, with a solid grasp of design systems and interface architecture more broadly.
• Strong frontend development skills — HTML/CSS/JavaScript and a modern framework such as React.
• Experience building or integrating dashboards or ERP-style applications, and working with REST/other APIs.
• Working familiarity with AI-assisted design or development tools.
• Understanding of KPI-driven, data-first dashboard design.
• Comfortable operating independently in a startup, ground-zero environment with high ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
