Skills Required

• Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Have outstanding technical skills – including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to use a wide variety of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ability to relay technical information with non-technical teams, providing project updates, reporting any issues or challenges, as well as suggestions and ideas.
• Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
• Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
• Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience as front-end Developer.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, ES6 JavaScript, jQuery and Web Standards.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools, git code versioning platforms, and JIRA.
• Proficiency with building responsive web interfaces.
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience in building applications using Javascript based frameworks like React, Next.js.
• Hands-on experience using Figma and Photoshop.
• Proficient in using media queries and CSS frameworks like bootstrap or foundation for implementing responsive web design patterns in the applications.
• Good understanding of application debugging techniques.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and programming ability.
• Initiative and drive to contribute.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in global cross-office teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
