Your impact

• Lead annual cost budgeting across Delivery, SG&A and headcount, with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Shape pricing, margins and deal economics, and establish clear commercial guardrails and approval frameworks.
• Build a monthly performance dashboard and the systems, processes and review cadence to track next year’s performance.

You’ll bring

• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience in IT/ITES, consulting or B2B services.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders while getting deep into analysis, modelling and problem-solving.
• Comfort working across Microsoft tools, including Copilot, and enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Kantata.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential data.
