Reports to: POD Manager

Activity and business background

1stMile develops business through local partners across Northeast India, currently supporting Smart7 education and 1stPower solar solutions. Maintain accurate commercial records and coordinate opportunities through delivery and support.

Travel: As and when required.

Roles and responsibilities

• Maintain complete lead, partner and customer records in HALO/CRM.
• Prepare quotations using approved kits, pricing, tax and contract templates.
• Track documents, approvals and follow-up commitments through order progression.
• Coordinate installation readiness, serial records and acceptance documents.
• Coordinate collection reminders and receipt matching with Accounts.
• Log support requests and follow through to evidenced closure with central Support.

Expected experience and professional background

Experience: 1-3 years coordination or operations.

Qualification: Graduate or relevant diploma; Excel and CRM proficiency.

Relevant background: Partner/dealer networks, institutional sales, education technology, solar/electrical products or comparable solution-selling businesses.

Capabilities: Customer communication, negotiation, follow-up discipline and Excel/CRM proficiency. Northeast market familiarity and relevant regional-language skills are desirable.

Fixed pay: Committed monthly component, payable under the appointment terms.

Variable incentive: Performance-linked, not guaranteed; this is the incentive within the package, not an additional payment. Relevant KRAs cover business achievement, collections, conversion, team or individual productivity and reporting.

Quarterly release: KRAs and targets will be communicated before the assessment period. The eligible variable amount for three months will be assessed against that quarter’s KRA achievement and released after review and approval.
