Job Description

  • Overall work experience of 8+ years in information technology-related areas.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Azure experience involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.
  • 4+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, including IaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Experience in the design and operation of medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible).
  • Any prior experience of Terraform is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Azure Kubernetes services.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework, using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience scripting with Perl, Python, and PowerShell Proficient with GIT and bitbucket to perform source code management.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Artifactory.
  • Good understanding of cloud-related best practices and global standards.
  • Knowledge of Security fundamentals in the cloud particularly Azure.
  • Understanding of Cloud governance & tagging and how it's implemented on Azure.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, enthusiasm to drive positive change and persuasive ability.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (ability to present detailed technical analysis, assumptions, and recommendations succinctly.
  • Must have a strong background in embedded coding, coding review, debugging, testing, and deployment
