Zudu Voice is an AI dictation app launching to knowledge workers, developers and designers worldwide. Products like this grow through creators, not ads. You will build and run our creator program from zero: UGC creators, affiliates and YouTube partnerships, in India and the US.

What you will do

• Recruit and onboard our first 30 to 80 creators for Zudu Voice, in India and the US
• Set up dedicated brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts with our creators, including account warm-up rules
• Write briefs and maintain a hook library that creators actually use
• Watch performance daily; when a video breaks out, push its script to every creator within 24 hours
• Run the affiliate program: links, codes, payouts, tiers
• Negotiate deals: per-clip fees, monthly retainers, affiliate commissions, whitelisting rights
• Own attribution: UTMs, creator codes, landing pages, cost per sign-up
• Report weekly on views, sign-ups, activations and cost per install

Who we are looking for

• 2 to 5 years in influencer, creator or UGC marketing, with at least one program for an app or software product
• Have managed 20 or more creators at the same time and can show the numbers
• Understand TikTok, Reels and Shorts mechanics: hooks, warm-up, shadowbans, Spark Ads
• Comfortable with tools like Dub, Impact, PartnerStack, Modash or HypeAuditor, and very comfortable in a spreadsheet
• Clear English writing; briefs and DMs are most of the job. Hindi or Tamil is a plus
• Have negotiated creator contracts including usage and whitelisting rights
• Bonus: you have grown your own account past 10K followers
