Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee civil engineering projects including site surveys, design specifications, and structural planning.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion within cost and quality parameters.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for proposed civil engineering projects.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to finalize drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and industry regulations.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering or a technical degree in a related field.

A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering project design and execution.

Strong technical knowledge in structural design, construction management, and civil engineering principles.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.

Proven ability to manage and lead civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have (Skills)

Experience working on infrastructure, municipal, or commercial construction projects.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is an added advantage.

Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) software is preferred.

Knowledge of sustainability and green construction practices would be beneficial.

Strong communication and leadership skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to interpret and adapt to local engineering codes and construction standards.
