Senior Director of Marketing

Role Description

The Senior Director of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for Esse India. This position oversees brand positioning, campaign planning, digital and offline marketing initiatives, and market expansion activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the immigration consulting sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated marketing plans, supervising market research, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion. The Senior Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, manage marketing budgets, and mentor the marketing team to drive consistent, high-quality output. This role also involves identifying new market opportunities, enhancing client communication strategies, and ensuring that all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales to collaborate effectively with the sales team, support lead generation, and improve conversion rates.
• Strong leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in professional services, consulting, or immigration/education sectors.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing plans, manage budgets, and report on performance using analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
