About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms to drive targeted reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Develop audience-focused campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Monitor and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding, and campaign performance.
• Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop effective ad campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting/analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
