What you'll do As a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving its evolution toward a highly automated, AI-augmented engineering environment. You will act as a technical leader, shaping architecture, best practices, and the adoption of up-to-date technologies. Your key accountabilities are: Own the design, evolution, and reliability of our CI/CD and developer platform architecture Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction and standards Lead the implementation of AI-powered developer productivity solutions, including: Internal AI agents for CI/CD pipelines, incident resolution, and operational automation Intelligent assistants to improve developer workflows and reduce cognitive load Define and implement patterns for integrating AI using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks, ensuring secure and scalable interactions between LLMs and internal systems Drive the development of a self-service internal developer platform, enabling teams to deploy, test, and operate services independently Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and infrastructur
