Senior Devops Engineer Mumbai (India)

About the Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the global Platform Engineering team, you will be supporting application deployment activities CI/CD across all product teams at Morningstar. You will be responsible for executing product deployments, implementing common release procedures and improving processes for faster, more reliable deployments. You will work closely with application development teams to successfully release recent software to clients, while being part of a culture of enablement and empowerment within the Platform Engineering team, as well as the broader technology organization at Morningstar. Job Responsibilities Experience: 6+ years Proven Technical Experience in Jenkins Pipelines with CI/CD. Experience with enterprise grade CI/CD tools like Jenkins & Harness. Experience with enterprise MCP AI Gateways & Registries such as Light LLM Should have valuable understanding of building tools like Maven, Gradle etc. Experience with Linux and Windows Shell, Python, Groovy Scripting. Experience with Containerization tools like Docker etc. Experience with AWS Lambda deployment pipelines. Well conversant with Devops Technologies like Artifact Repository Sonatype / Nexus, Source Control Bitbucket / GitHub, Code Quality SonarQube Troubleshoot failures with respect to Docker, Amazon ECR etc. Provide reliable application deployment CI/CD support for all application development teams at Morningstar. Design, implement and maintain production-grade deployment pipelines in Jenkins/Cloudbees/Harness CD and other CI/CD tools. Troubleshoot CI/CD Pipeline failures, deployment process and system failures. Implement procedural and technical improvements to increase release reliability & scalability. Develop and apply sound DevOps processes in areas of continuous delivery that can be scaled throughout the enterprise. Well conversant & aligned with Platform Engineering roadmap across Devops Industry. Provide guidance to junior team members. -
