Job Location: Gurgaon (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for one or more products
• Design, build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and deployments using Helm charts
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and performance through monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, and cost optimization across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quick resolution with minimal downtime
• Manage secrets, access controls, and cloud security best practices (IAM, networking, encryption)
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enable faster and safer releases
• Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices for scalability and maintainability

Desired Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory) and working knowledge of Azure
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Helm charts and microservices deployment
• Strong experience with Terraform (primary) and CloudFormation
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of networking, load balancers, DNS, and cloud architecture
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash / Python)
• Experience handling production systems and incident management
• Ability to independently manage and own infrastructure for a product

Competencies Required

• Experience in multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (SOC2, etc.)
• Experience in high-scale or startup environments
• Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices
