Experience 4–8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial AI Strong Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning skills Experience in optimization and prescriptive analytics Knowledge of OR-Tools, Pyomo, or Gurobi Excellent customer-facing communication skills What Success Looks Like Lead AI workstreams independently Deliver production-ready solutions with measurable business impact Become a trusted advisor to customers Contribute reusable AI accelerators and mentor junior team members Why Join Algo8?
