Senior Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric Kozhikode (India)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric & Azure with 10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering to design, build, and optimize up-to-date cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure, with expertise in building scalable data solutions using Lakehouse, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Intelligence, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, PySpark, Spark, SQL, and T-SQL. You will work on up-to-date data platforms that enable organizations to transform complex data into reliable, actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Build and optimize Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Real-Time Intelligence solutions. Develop robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric. Design and manage data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. Build data transformation and processing workloads using PySpark and Spark Notebooks. Develop complex SQL and T-SQL queries for data transformation, analysis, and performance optimization. Work with Azure Synapse Analytics for large-scale data processing and analytics workloads. Implement data integration, orchestration, and transformation pipelines following best practices. Optimize data pipelines and workloads for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Implement appropriate security, governance, and access controls across cloud data platforms. Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Support Power BI integrations and enable data models and datasets for business intelligence and reporting. Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering workloads using Azure DevOps.
