We are expanding that practice to support a growing portfolio of enterprise engagements, with a flagship new programme at the forefront — a modern, cloud-native data platform built on Databricks that will define how we deliver unified marketing data and attribution at scale. About the Role This role is primarily a Databricks build. You will take ownership of a greenfield platform on Databricks and Delta Lake, responsible for ingesting signals from marketing platforms, and transforming them into a unified account journey view that drives attribution and media optimisation across a major enterprise engagement. Beyond that core programme, you will also contribute to existing client work on our Microsoft and Azure data stack — SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory — where your broader data engineering experience will add immediate value.What You Bring Required — Databricks 3+ years building production systems on Databricks Demonstrated experience with Delta Live Tables, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark at production scale Working knowledge of Unity Catalog, Delta Lake versioning, and Databricks SQL Strong Python skills for data transformation and pipeline logic Experience using Genie for writing code, building reports and establishing spaces. Experience integrating with REST APIs from Databricks and using connectors. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD for data pipelines, and dev/staging/prod workplace management Comfortable with data modelling concepts in a Lakehouse context Required — General 6+ years of overall data engineering experience Robust
