Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and a strong expertise in Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving innovation through data analytics solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management within cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Azure Databricks implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, including data engineering and analytics.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and practices.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Azure-related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13-16 years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on Azure Databricks.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
