Role Description The Senior Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, who has exposure to high rise projects, PEB Projects of multiple floors, Commercial Projects he will start withBengaluru Data Centre Project Construction in Bengaluru, India to begin with subsequently it may have needs at different locations across india. This role is responsible for leading construction projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Daily activities include coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, and resolving issues that may impact timelines, costs, or safety. The Senior Construction Project Manager will prepare and review project documentation, track performance against milestones, and ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and client requirements. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, risk assessment, and mentoring junior project staff to support consistent project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Project Management skills.
• Experience in field operations and supervision, including Construction Management and site coordination.
• Proficiency in Project Coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) are an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable in India.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on risk management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
