Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience managing enterprise client relationships and serving as the primary contact for C-level executives driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience overseeing delivery and value realization — aligning SOW commitments with delivery outcomes, monitoring engagement health, and resolving risks/escalations

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have experience with commercial / contract ownership — SOW restructuring, renewals, amendments, pricing alignment, and revenue tracking

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have cross-functional leadership ability (Delivery, PMO, Invoicing, Sales), strong governance, and data-driven account management, owning metrics like CSAT, retention/renewal, revenue growth, and account profitability

Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must be proficient in CRM systems, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and contract management platforms

Mandatory (Domain): Must have experience working with technology solutions/services in one of these areas - Data Analytics/Cloud/AI/or Digital Transformation services
