Senior Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil construction, finishing, repair and maintenance work for the 16-acre residential flats project.
• Oversee structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, painting and other finishing works.
• Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and site supervisors.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials and work schedules.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, material requirements, contractor bills and measurements.
• Conduct quality inspections and identify and rectify construction defects.
• Supervise plumbing, electrical and other MEP-related civil coordination works.
• Ensure timely completion of pending works, flat handovers and snag rectifications.
• Maintain site reports, documentation, safety standards and cost control.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential apartments, high-rise buildings or township projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing and construction quality control.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience in contractor management, billing, BOQ and project execution.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and site reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and site management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
