PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries

. As part of our expansion in India, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader

to drive business growth, lead a sales team, and expand our IB and client network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
Bring an existing team, active IB network, and client portfolio .
Recruit and onboard new BDMs, IBs, Affiliates, and strategic partners.
Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients.
Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Develop and execute business development strategies for the India market.
Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Requirements

3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD

industry.

Proven experience leading a sales or BDM team.
Existing team, IB network, and active client portfolio are highly preferred.
Proven track record in Net Deposits, trading volume, and client acquisition.
Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records .
Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Fluent in English and Hindi .
