Key Responsibilities

✔️ Generate qualified leads through various sales channels

✔️ Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations

✔️ Visit client locations for meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions

✔️ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure

✔️ Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions

✔️ Negotiate commercial proposals and close high-value deals

✔️ Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers

✔️ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

✔️ 4–5+ years of experience in selling ERP, CRM, Sales Force Automation (SFA), Field Service Management (FSM), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), HRMS, or other B2B enterprise software.

✔️ Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

✔️ Experience in consultative and solution-based selling

✔️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site product demonstrations

✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about technology sales
