Job Description

HR Technology & Business Analysis

Lead requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR platforms including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Services.

Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria while driving Agile delivery through Azure DevOps (ADO).

Ask HR, Chatbot & AI Solutions

Define employee journeys, chatbot conversation flows, knowledge management requirements, and self-service use cases for Ask HR solutions.

Collaborate with HR SMEs and technical teams to integrate Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and GenAI-powered chatbot capabilities to enhance employee experience.

Agile Delivery & Integration

Manage ADO backlogs, epics, features, user stories, sprint planning, UAT, and release deployments.

Drive HR process automation, system integrations, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms.
