Senior Branch Manager

Loan Portfolio & Business Growth

Team Formation and Handling.

Target Achievement

Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for loan disbursements, member admissions, and savings collection.

Loan Appraisals & Approval

Conduct field investigations, verify client projects/houses, review application forms and repayment history, and approve or coordinate the approval of loans within authorized limits.

Market Expansion

Conduct local area surveys, identify potential borrowers and savers, and build inclusive banking services for underserved segments.

Operations & Cash Management

Daily Collections

Oversee group meetings, daily loan installment collections, savings recovery, and afternoon collection of overdue accounts.

Cash & Register Verification

Manage branch cash positions, reconcile cash imbalances, sign daily collection reports (DCR), bill vouchers, and cash certificates, and coordinate cash requisitions with banks.

Passbook & File Audits

Ensure periodic verification of client passbooks (e.g., every three months) and proper preservation of physical and digital records

Compensation

28,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
