Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Associate Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend technologies, API development, microservices architecture, and database management, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and business logic.
• Build high-performance APIs and collaborate closely with frontend teams.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems and multiple data sources.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Develop and maintain automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical solutions and best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Redis.
• Experience building and optimizing RESTful APIs for large-scale applications.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience integrating backend services with modern frontend applications.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and API Testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
