Senior Backend Developer (Golang + AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Golang + AWS) ll Bangalore ll 4+ yrs. of experience with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, cloud-native applications, and distributed architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Golang development, AWS cloud services, system design, event-driven architecture, and database optimization. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance backend services capable of handling large-scale consumer workloads while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills

4+ years of backend development experience in production environmentsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang developmentStrong expertise in Go fundamentals, including Goroutines, Channels, Context Handling, Concurrency, Error Handling, Interfaces, and Performance OptimizationExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Backend Services, and MicroservicesStrong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Redis (ElastiCache), CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, SQS, and SNSStrong understanding of System Design, Distributed Systems, scalability, resilience, and backend architecture best practicesExperience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, transactions, and database migrationsHands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture, asynchronous processing, queues, and messaging systemsExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platformsStrong knowledge of Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Monitoring & Observability, including structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alertingExpertise in Redis/Caching strategies for performance optimization and scalabilityStrong proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative software developmentExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
