Senior Back-End Developer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions while taking ownership of product increments in each sprint, ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage sprint backlogs, and provide technical solutions to support agile development processes
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and adapt plans effectively to meet sprint goals
• Communicate technical changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders while maintaining transparency
• Drive continuous improvement within the team through proactive approach and commitment to excellence

Who Are We Looking For

• 6 to 15 years of proven experience in Java development with strong understanding of Java 11+ and Object‑Oriented Programming principles
• API development in Eclipse/IntelliJ/STS, Maven, Git/GitHub, Postman, SQL Developer
• Expertise in Spring Boot and building scalable microservices architectures
• Solid experience with testing methodologies and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and data modeling best practices
• Experience in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work across the entire application stack
• Hands‑on experience with messaging systems like Kafka for real‑time data streaming
• Proficiency with Docker, container orchestration, and deployment processes in cloud or on‑premise environments
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools such as Puppet, Hiera, Ansible, and Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log aggregation systems (Loki, Kibana, telemetry) for ensuring system availability
• DevOps mindset
• Strong problem‑solving skills, logical thinking, and excellent communication abilities in collaborative team environments
