Job Summary

\nA Senior Back-End Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems. This position plays a key role in contributing to the definition of architecture, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless integrations. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with backend development technologies, and the ability to solve complex problems. A Senior Back-End Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of best practices, system reliability, and code quality.

\nDuties and Responsibilities

\n\n • Development of Backend Solutions

\n • Implement and maintain high-quality backend components, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

\n • Code Quality & Standards

\n • Follow production, productivity, and quality standards to maintain high coding excellence.

\n • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

\n • Contribution to Architecture

\n • Provide input on architectural decisions, collaborating with the development team to design sustainable and efficient solutions.

\n • Error Monitoring and Issue Resolution

\n • Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential errors.

\n • Implement necessary corrections in a timely manner to maintain system stability and reliability.

\n • Technical Documentation

\n • Prepare and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation as per company standards to support development, maintenance, and knowledge sharing.

\n • Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

\n • Communicate essential technical information effectively to ensure smooth collaboration.

\n • Mentorship and Collaboration

\n • Support junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices adoption.

\n • Cooperate with team members and other departments to align development efforts with business needs.

\nEducation and Experience

\n\n • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience.

\n • Must have AI experience - developing prompts.

\n • Must have at least 3 years of enterprise-level experience specializing in the architecture of tools utilizing low-code or internal application development platforms, such as Superblocks, Retool, Appsmith, Palantir Foundry, Lovable, or other AI rapid development tools.

\n • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java / Spring.

\n • Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

\n • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).

\n • Experience with CI/CD tools, repositories, and build processes.

\n • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

\n • Strong design and problem-solving skills, with a focus on engineering excellence.

\n • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and operational best practices.

\n • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\n\n
