Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Graduation in any stream
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Should be proficient in Internet usage, web browser, search engines.
- Excellent troubleshooting & problem solving skills
- Experienced in process documentation.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Capital market, financial products like: Equity, Fixed income, Modelware etc.
- Hands on experience with tickets/queries handling and resolving process issues.
- Should have strong sense of urgency in getting things done within deadline, good time management skills.
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Proactive and willing to take initiatives w.r.t. project work/tasks
- Problem solution mindset
- Positive attitude for Customers/team mates – friendly and approachable.
- Having an excellent flair for continues learning and education.
- Willing to work in 24x7 shifts/rotations.
- Relative experience in operations industry

Job Responsibilities
- To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily tasks/processes
- To handle queries and clarifications sought by Analysts w.r.t. any operational/ technical & process related issue.
- To understand customer’s concerns & issues and resolve the same.
- Work and coordinate with team members
- To keep oneself abreast of all the updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
- Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
