Position : Senior Appian Developer - AI & Intelligent Automation

Experience : 5-10 years of Appian development experience

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian

application development and enterprise workflow automation, combined with hands-on

experience in Appian AI capabilities, intelligent document processing, and AI-driven business

process automation. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable

low-code solutions that leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using the Appian platform.

 Lead solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.

 Build complex process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, records, integrations, and reports.

 Knowledge of Appian AI skill is must

 Design AI-enabled workflows for document extraction, email processing, contract analysis, and business process automation.

 Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

 Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce Appian best practices.

 Support production deployments, performance tuning, and application governance.

 Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable frameworks, and innovation initiatives.

 Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

 Appian Certified Senior Developer (Mandatory)

 Appian Certified Lead Developer (Preferred)

 Experience delivering AI-powered automation solutions.

 Experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare

 Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
