Work Mode: Remote (Laptop must be collected from the Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian application development and SQL, along with working proficiency in JavaScript and React.js. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries and database operations.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using JavaScript and React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Appian: 6+ years of hands-on experience with expert-level proficiency.
• SQL: 6+ years of experience with expert-level proficiency.
• JavaScript: 4–6 years of experience with intermediate proficiency.
• React.js: 4–6 years of experience with intermediate proficiency.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing tasks end-to-end.

• Candidates must be available to collect their laptop from the Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai office.
• Candidates must be comfortable working the 12 PM – 9 PM IST shift.
