Senior Analyst - Financial & Capital Risk Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial & Capital Risk Reporting to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various risk calculations, including counterparty credit risk, market risk, settlement risk, and capital deductions. You will be responsible for performing RWA calculations for derivatives under standardized, IMM, and other regulatory-prescribed approaches. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting standards across major global jurisdictions, including PRA, EBA, BaFin, JFSA, and MAS.

In this position, you will prepare, review, and control internal capital reports and external regulatory submissions. You will also conduct capital adequacy assessments, evaluate own funds and capital resources, and track leverage ratios. Your expertise in RWA optimization strategies will support efficient capital utilization and informed business decision-making.

Additionally, you will be expected to have a sound understanding of PnL adjustment methodologies and their regulatory implications. Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation across finance ledgers, risk systems, source data, and regulatory reporting outputs is essential. You will play a crucial role in identifying, managing, and resolving data-related challenges in regulatory reporting.
