About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, NLP, RAG, Generative AI, and production-grade AI/ML systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions involving LLM applications, document processing, information extraction, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI/ML, LLM, RAG, and extraction solutions end-to-end.
• Develop scalable AI/ML services using Python, SQL, REST APIs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Build AI-driven document processing workflows including document parsing, chunking, embeddings, text processing, RAG, and LLM-based information extraction.
• Deploy and scale AI models using AWS and Azure, including SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, Lambda, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
• Build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Weights & Biases.
• Implement model evaluation using Precision, Recall, F1, field-level accuracy, and iterative model improvement.
• Develop AI observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and SLOs.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI and other agentic AI/orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Platform teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Lead technical projects, mentor team members, and contribute to Agile development practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of professional AI/ML Engineering experience with production-grade AI systems.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Strong experience in NLP, Transformers, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with document parsing, information extraction, text processing, chunking, and embeddings.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM/RAG applications.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure, particularly SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, Lambda, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar multi-agent/orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on MLOps experience with MLflow/W&B, model versioning, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI/ML evaluation frameworks and observability.
• Experience leading technical projects/teams and mentoring team members.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with B2B Technology, B2B Software, or Consulting organizations.

Preferred Skills

• AWS, Azure, or Databricks certifications.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Apache Airflow.
• Agile development experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or cloud infrastructure.
