Senior AI Engineer role in the Data & AI Organization focused on building enterprise-grade AI solutions. The position emphasizes reliable analytics pipelines, agentic workflows, and responsible AI at scale.

Role: (Senior) AI Engineer - Data & AI Organisation (all genders)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, or application design
• Experience within a global organization
• Exposure to Finance, HR, or Procurement data and business processes
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Foundation in machine learning, statistics, predictive modeling, and NLP
• Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications
• Familiarity with vector stores and reranking techniques
• Experience with LLM observability tooling such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Palantir Foundry, or Snowflake
• Experience with Apache Spark, Polars, DuckDB, or dbt
• MLOps and DevOps experience including MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English
• AI literacy covering bias, fairness, privacy, and governance

Qualification

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable analytics pipelines
• Build enterprise-grade agentic workflows
• Deliver scalable AI solutions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal
• Integrate LLMs, predictive models, and multi-agent frameworks
• Ensure model reliability, reproducibility, and performance at enterprise scale
• Embed explainability, transparency, and security into AI solutions
• Use agentic engineering tools to accelerate delivery
• Work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists in agile PODs
• Support business teams in consuming AI outputs through APIs, dashboards, and embedded analytics
• Contribute to internal AI literacy by sharing knowledge and mentoring peers
• Pilot innovative approaches and identify opportunities to experiment and measure impact

Additional Responsibilities

• Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and the evolving AI landscape
