Senior AI Engineer (LLMs & Agents)

AI EngineeringHyderabad, IndiaHybridFull-time Senior AI Engineer (LLMs & Agents)

Design and build production LLM applications, RAG systems and agents for our products and clients — with evaluation, observability and cost control built in.

About the role

You will design, build and run generative AI systems that real people rely on — in our own product, meraPA, and for our clients. You will own features end to end: from framing the use case and building the evaluation set, to shipping, monitoring and improving in production.

What you’ll do

• Build LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step agents
• Design evaluation sets and automated scoring, and use them to guide every change
• Engineer guardrails, tracing, and cost and latency controls for production
• Work directly with product, design and client teams to shape what gets built
• Help define our AI-native engineering practices and tools

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of software engineering, including hands-on work with LLMs in production
• Strong Python or TypeScript, and solid API and data-modelling skills
• Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector search
• A habit of measuring quality rather than assuming it
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical people

Nice to have

• Agent frameworks, tool use and function calling
• Speech, multilingual or Indic-language AI
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
