Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Data Engineering

Position: AI Engineer – Enterprise Hydrocarbon Inventory

Experience: 7+ years overall, with strong hands-on AI/GenAI engineering experience.

Location: India – Bangalore / Hyderabad preferred

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice candidates preferred.

• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI / GenAI solutions for enterprise data engineering and analytics use cases.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience of RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience developing multi-agent workflows / agent orchestration for enterprise applications.
• Build AI agents for data product generation, data onboarding, reconciliation, testing, RCA, analytics, and business Q&A.
• Strong hands-on Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure data engineering experience.
• Experience with Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and enterprise data platforms.
• Develop AI-assisted capabilities for pipeline generation, schema mapping, metadata discovery, transformation, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience automating data quality, unit testing, reconciliation, validation, monitoring, and observability using AI.
• Experience integrating AI-generated testing and validation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong exposure to Power BI, DAX, semantic models, dashboard generation, and data storytelling is required/preferred.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including REST APIs, microservices, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, security, access controls, auditability, prompt management, and Responsible AI.
• Understanding of data lineage, metadata management, data quality, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Databricks, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure AI Foundry, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP, Right Angle (RA), Endur, CIRCA, JDE, HFM, or Energy Components is highly desirable.
• Domain exposure to Hydrocarbon Inventory, Supply & Trading, Commodity Trading, or Working Capital is an added advantage.
