Senior Accounts Executive

• Handle finalisation of accounts, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer outstanding, and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets, and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, product costing, and manufacturing-related accounting.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
• Manage import-related documentation, customs, and applicable import compliances.
• Ensure accurate accounting records, internal controls, and timely closure of books.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of daily activities and reporting.
• Work on SAP/ERP systems to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CA preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in finalisation of accounts, costing, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Experience in import documentation and compliance will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and team-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete accounts function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
