Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to streamline financial operations and reporting.

Prepare and assist in filing returns for taxes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist in internal and external audits .

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.

Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies.

Provide guidance and training to Junior Accountants, fostering their professional growth.

Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications Skills

Experience: 3-6 years in accounting, with a focus on team leadership and financial reporting.

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proficiency in taxation , auditing , and financial compliance.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel .

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. .
