Senior Accountant & Payroll(Contractual)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including vendor booking, validation, and payments.
• Process employee reimbursements, incentives, and other payouts.
• Pass journal entries and maintain books, including statutory and tax entries.
• Ensure accurate cost center allocation for expenses and invoices.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and GL reconciliations.
• Oversee PO accounting, resolve MSME/vendor dues, and strengthen internal controls.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate statutory deductions and timely payments of PF, Professional Tax and TDS on salaries.
• Independently close monthly books with provisions and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with teams and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• MIS Reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, taxation and compliance, preferably in a mid-sized or growing

organisation.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally or SAP.
