About the role

N. R. Agrawal & Co. is looking for a CA Intermediate qualified accountant to take charge of the books of 2-3 group companies. You will own those accounts end to end - keeping daily entries clean and current, preparing GST and TDS, and making sure every statutory due date is met without anyone having to chase it.

Responsibilities

Maintain overall control of the books of 2-3 group companies

Monitor and review daily accounting entries for accuracy and completeness

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B against the purchase register

Compute TDS, generate challans, file quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q) and issue Form 16 / 16A

Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, debtor and creditor reconciliation

Track all statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance

Support the auditors at year end with schedules and documentation

Coordinate across the group entities on inter-company transactions

Who we are looking for

CA Intermediate passed

Experience in a CA firm is a must

Hands-on with Tally and Excel

Comfortable handling more than one company's books at a time

Able to work independently and own the compliance calendar

What we offer

Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 45,000 per month, depending on experience

In-person role at our Andheri West office

Direct exposure to the finalisation and compliance of a group of companies
