Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant – Tax Litigation (Andheri East)

We are looking for a Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA with experience in Income Tax assessments and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Income Tax scrutiny and assessments.
• Handle Search & Seizure and Survey matters.
• Draft replies, submissions, appeals, grounds of appeal, and rejoinders.
• Represent clients before CIT(A) and ITAT.
• Conduct research on Income Tax laws, case laws, CBDT circulars, and judicial rulings.
• Manage Income Tax portal filings, documentation, and case records.

Requirements

• Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA.
• 1–2 years of relevant Income Tax litigation & assessment experience.
• Hands-on experience in Search & Seizure and appellate matters is mandatory.
• Robust drafting, analytical, research, and client-handling skills.

Salary: As per experience & skills Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
