Security officer, Area Officer and Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, covering Security Officer, Area Officer, and Operations Manager responsibilities.

The Security

Officer will oversee site access control, monitor CCTV and security systems, conduct patrolling, enforce safety and security procedures, and respond to incidents and emergencies.

The Area

Officer will supervise multiple sites, coordinate guard deployment and scheduling, ensure compliance with client requirements and PSARA norms, conduct site audits, and provide regular reports on security performance.

The Operations

Manager will manage overall security operations, liaise with clients, lead and mentor teams, handle incident escalation, optimize resource utilization, and support implementation of new security technologies and processes. All positions will collaborate closely to maintain a secure environment, uphold company standards, and deliver consistent, high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Strong security operations skills, including access control, patrolling, incident response, and emergency handling.
• Experience in supervision and leadership, including team management, duty roster planning, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations, PSARA requirements, and basic legal and safety compliance standards.
• Ability to use security technologies such as CCTV systems, access control devices, and digital reporting tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities in high-pressure situations.
• Prior experience in industrial, corporate, banking, or retail security operations is highly beneficial.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate level; formal security or defense training is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require, with strong punctuality and reliability.
• Physical fitness appropriate for security duties and a professional, disciplined work ethic.
