Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Safipur. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, managing a team of SEO specialists, and coordinating with marketing and content teams to improve organic visibility and traffic. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, overseeing on-page optimization, guiding link-building initiatives, and reviewing performance reports to refine campaigns. The Team Lead will monitor web analytics, identify technical and content-related SEO opportunities, and ensure best practices are followed across client projects. The role also involves mentoring team members, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, and communicating results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in core SEO practices, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
• Demonstrated experience with off-page SEO tactics, particularly Link Building.
• Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track and interpret SEO performance.
• Solid understanding of Marketing principles and how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and develop SEO teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and basic technical SEO concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in an agency environment and with Google certifications is beneficial.
