What You'll Own

SEO & Organic Growth

• Drive Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO initiatives.
• Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits and content opportunity mapping.
• Improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic and lead generation.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and similar platforms to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Explore emerging opportunities around AI Search, Generative Search and LLM visibility.

Website & Digital Experience

• Drive the performance and continuous evolution of the Jade Blue & Greenfibre website.
• Work with internal teams and developers to improve website structure, content, UX, navigation, CTAs and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities to make the website more engaging, intuitive and conversion focused.
• Drive website improvements based on user behavior, analytics and business priorities.
• Ensure website content and experiences are optimized for both search engines and users.

Analytics, Insights & Performance

• Establish meaningful digital marketing KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Analyze website, SEO ranking data to uncover growth opportunities.

What Will Make You a Great Fit?

• Strong experience across SEO, Website Management, CRO and B2B Demand Generation.
• Hands-on understanding of digital marketing tools and dashboards
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Content SEO, website architecture and conversion optimization.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other digital analytics platforms.
• Experience working on Shopify websites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

It Would Be A Plus If You Have

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience building digital strategies around AI Search / Generative Search / LLMs.
