Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies across websites and digital assets. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO initiatives including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, backlink acquisition, AEO/GEO optimization, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on SEO expertise to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
• Drive organic traffic growth and lead generation
• Create quarterly and yearly SEO roadmaps
• Build AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO strategies

Keyword Research & Content

• Conduct advanced keyword research and intent mapping
• Develop topic clusters and content strategies
• Optimize website content for search engines and AI search platforms

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, site speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals
• Coordinate with development teams for implementation

On-Page SEO

• Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structures
• Improve landing page performance and CTR

Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute backlink strategies
• Monitor backlink quality and domain authority

Reporting & Analytics

• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs
• Prepare monthly SEO reports and insights
• Analyze competitor strategies and market opportunities

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage SEO executives/agencies/freelancers
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams
• Present SEO performance to leadership teams

Language Requirement

• English, Hindi, Kannada (Mandatory)
