Search Engine Optimization Executive (Chettipalayam)

We are hiring an experienced SEO Specialists for Firebird Institute of Research in Management, with a proven track record in ranking websites, driving organic traffic, and implementing advanced SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, up-to-date with search engine trends, and capable of executing end-to-end SEO campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping

Optimize websites for both Search Engine Friendly (SEO) and Answer Engine Friendly (AEO) formats

Build high-quality backlinks and link-building strategies

Work closely with content teams to guide SEO-driven content creation

Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, etc.)

Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly

Track, measure, and report performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms

Improve rankings, CTR, and overall organic conversions

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO with measurable results (rankings, traffic growth, ROI)

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Experience in link building and outreach strategies

Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and ranking factors

Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Search Console

Google Analytics

Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest (or similar tools)

Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and structured content

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Solid communication skills – must be able to clearly explain
