NavMarg Overseas is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in a Remote role.

🔹 What will you be doing?

• Handling import & export sea freight pricing and quotations (FCL/LCL)
• Sourcing and negotiating rates with shipping lines, co-loaders and overseas agents
• Analysing freight rates, local charges, surcharges and market trends
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending competitive solutions
• Following up on enquiries and coordinating with sales and operations teams
• Maintaining updated rate sheets and ensuring timely, accurate quotations

🎯 Our ideal candidate

✅ Mid-level experience in sea freight pricing or quotations within freight forwarding

✅ Strong understanding of FCL/LCL, Incoterms, shipping line tariffs and freight surcharges

✅ Experience coordinating with shipping lines, overseas agents and vendors

✅ Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication

✅ A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
