SDE 1 (Full Stack Developer)

Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025.

About the role

• Create full-stack web applications that can scale across users and workloads
• Write JavaScript code that is well-structured, easy to maintain and reusable across projects
• Construct and connect RESTful APIs that handle data flow between frontend and backend
• Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS, deploying and managing services in production
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and resource usage
• Engage with your team through code reviews, automated testing and clear documentation

Technical skills you'll need

• 1–3 years working as a full-stack developer in production environments
• Solid command of JavaScript across both frontend and backend
• Hands-on experience building interfaces with React.js
• Fluency with Node.js for server-side development
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web standards
• Experience with at least one relational (SQL) or document (NoSQL) database system
• Ability to use Git for version control and understand branching strategies
• Practical debugging skills and a logical approach to solving technical problems

Experience that strengthens your application

• Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB or DynamoDB in real projects
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3 or Lambda
