This role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Software Developer, requiring a versatile individual to guide development teams while also contributing to the creation of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for Agile methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Coach the development team on Agile principles and practices.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

**Requirements/Qualifications:**

• 7 to 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in Java, React.js, and Node.js.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
